December Fiction Fest: Seasonal Short Story Challenge No. 3

Here we go, fiction writers, with December Fiction Fest Challenge # 3:

Rebecca Barray has created a collage of seasonal photos from contributions to Bolton Carley’s Seasonal Song Photo Challenge. Our photographer-friends have the holiday spirit, and they are sharing their images with us.

We are to write a short fiction piece in response to any one of the photos.

Post your story (about 500-750 words) on your blog and add a link in a comment below so we can all jingle around and read your holiday stories!

Happy writing, and thanks again, Wordsmith Studio photographers, for your seasonal images. You inspire us!

I love these photos, but I couldn’t bring myself to write fiction this morning. I wrote this instead, with the prompt photo as inspiration. Maybe there will be a story later. http://gerrygwilson.com/2012/12/15/breaking-the-rule-no-fiction-today/
