Take a Picture! – Books

Wordsmith Studio’s Weekly Photo Prompt

Wordsmith Studio Logo Banner

Welcome to Wordsmith Studio’s Weekly Photo Prompt!  Every Thursday we’ll post a new topic for your photographing pleasure.  When you get a good shot (or three, or five) post them to your blog, website, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. Then come back and post a link to your photo(s) in the comments.

This Week’s Theme is: Books

We’re all writers here in The Studio. And what do writers love almost as much as writing? (And sometimes a little more…) Reading! So, we know you’ve got a TON of books around. Show us!

Take a Picture!

Grab a book or ten off your shelf. Show us your favorite book. Your newest, oldest, biggest, or smallest. All of them. Open or closed.

Set the books up at the table like they are having tea and chatting with each other.

Let them sunbathe. You could even fashion an itsy-bitsy, teenie-weenie, yellow-polka-dot bikini for them. Just get some books and take a picture!

Got Ideas?

Do you have suggestions for future “Take A Picture!” posts? Leave us a comment, or email us here.  We ♥LOVE♥ feedback!

Be sure to check back next week for more fun and new inspiration. Also, watch for a collage of “Books” photos taken by our contributing members!!

I was a serious multi-tasker today. I usually post three times a week: two photo posts and one writing post. I only posted once this week, but I managed to make it fit two photo prompts and one writing prompt. I feel like Super Woman. 😉
